All products sold are in general non-refundable or exchangeable. Only damaged or quality compromised items purchased from the BHB Health website can be returned for refund or exchange. Items purchased from authorized retailers such as pharmacies, organic food or specialty food retailers must be returned to the respective original point of purchase. Kindly ensure right products are selected when ordering online as no product exchange will be conducted once the order has been processed.

All prices on the website are in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia) and do not include applicable sales taxes. The total cost including any applicable taxes will be displayed during check-out, once you have selected your billing and Delivery address. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The amount payable to BHB for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

• the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);
• the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and
• the sum of any other fees which BHB levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).
