I started this Saludynam at the same time as Floradix and it's during the first stage of my pregnancy. As I read how beneficial this product would be, I took it regularly at night. Surprisingly it's tasty and u wished u could have more . Eventhough it's in liquid form, but it helped me a lot. I slept so well at night and refresh the next morning.
